Demond L. Tibbs Demond is a former assistant prosecuting attorney for Wayne County, and previously worked as a stockbroker for H&R Block Financial Advisors and Charles Schwab. He received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Western Michigan University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2003. In 2006, he joined Shinners & Cook, where his focus is on litigation.
He is licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers, General Securities; Uniform Securities State Law and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking board. In addition to his work at Shinners & Cook, Demond enjoys golfing, playing tennis and spending time with his family.
